3-5 buds in a teapot, use boiled water cooled to 90°C. Infuse for 4-7 mins
Damask Rose or Rosa Damascena from Iran is unique, with a flavour that cannot be found in rose from anywhere else in the world.
These mini rosebuds can be drunk alone as a wonderfully sweet, rosy and fragrant tisane, brewing to a very pale, transparent greenish pinky gold infusion. Or you can also pop one in with another tea, such as a green, black or oolong so give it a rosy kick.
