Tea Processing

All tea is made using leaves from the Camilla Sinensis plant however different flavours can be created by processing the tea leaves in different ways. Some teas have to undergo numerous stages such as Oolong tea whereas other teas only need to go through a few stages before they are ready to be brewed and enjoyed by tea lovers.
