All of our products undergo numerous quality checks and so we are confident that the quality of the items in your order should not be a problem, but we do realise that mistakes can sometimes happen. If you have received an order that you are not 100% happy with please contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods.

Return it to us in the condition it was received and we will be happy to issue you with a refund, excluding postage and packaging costs (except in special circumstances). The method of the return will depend on which shipping method was originally used to ship your order, so please contact us for further details.

All EU customers are entitled to a 7 day cooling off period during which they have an unconditional right to cancel their contract. Consumers must contact us immediately in writing (by letter, fax or email) if this is the case to arrange the cancelation.
