Pale gold infusion with a light and refreshing taste.
This tea comes from trees which are over a thousand years old. It comprises only of the most tender buds, which are picked very early in the season (pre-Qing Ming). As it is from the "broad leaf" variety of the tea plant the buds are large and tender. Only 25kg of this tea is produced in the world each year, and every stage of its picking and production is done by hand, making it one of the world’s most exclusive teas. It produces a pale gold elixir, which is light and refreshing.
Unlike with Imperial Court No1 Puerh, wild puehr and raw puerh there is some debate over whether White Puerh Tea will improve with age or not.
