White Puerh
This tea comes from trees which are over a thousand years old. It comprises only of the tenderest buds, which are picked very early in the season (pre-Qing Ming). As it is from the "broad leaf" variety of the tea plant the buds are large and tender. Only 25kg of this tea is produced in the world each year, and every stage of its picking and production is done by hand, making it one of the world's most exclusive teas. It produces a pale gold elixir, which is light and refreshing.

The dark brown leaves unfurl when infused to become large and dark green in colour. It brews to a golden colour with a rich aroma and full, smooth and balanced taste.
Tangerine Puerh
Puerh Tea compressed into the peel of a tangerine.
This tea is a mixed age blend from the 2006 and 2007 harvests. It comprises of puerh tea compressed into the peel of a tangerine. When served pieces of the tangerine peel are also added, giving the tea a slight citrus taste and this counteracts the bitter edge of the puehr.
