Black Oolong
A Fujian Oolong which has been fermented for longer than our normal Fujian Oolong tea. It brews a golden yellow and has a slightly smoky taste with a full bodied, sweet long lasting finish.
Tie Guan Yin
This tea is from the province of Fujian, and is also known as 'Iron Goddess of Mercy'. The curled green leaves, open up to make a brew of pale green with a subtle fragrance.
Ginseng Oolong
This tea is from the province of Fujian, and its name translates as 'Lady Orchid'. Tightly rolled oolong tea leaves coated in a thin layer of ginseng and liquorice grass. It makes a brew of golden yellow, and has a fairly strong taste, with a sweet and slightly liquorice bite in the finish.

Black Oolong Brewing Guide
3-4g in an average sized teapot, use boiled water cooled to 85°C. Infuse for 30 seconds and discard first brew. Re-steep and infuse for 1-3 minutes, depending on taste. Re-steep up to 3 times.
Tie Guan Yin Brewing Guide
3-4g in an average sized teapot, use boiled water cooled to 85°C. Infuse for 30 seconds and discard first brew. Re-steep and infuse for 1-3 minutes, depending on taste. Re-steep up to 3 times.
