Green Tea

Green tea is a very popular drink in China that is made from tea leaves that have not been fermented.

The leaves used to make green tea are picked in China during spring. Once picked, they will be panned or steamed, some will be rolled and then all are dried to produce delicious green tea. There are many different types of green tea and it is widely drunk in China partly due to the many health benefits that are associated with it.
