Calabash Tea Strainer

Handy tea strainer made from the calabash fruit.  The calabash was one of the first cultivated plants in the world, grown not for food but as a container, and other uses are as a bottle, utensil, or pipe.  They are light, easy to carry and because they are natural each one is slightly unique in shape.

Simply use the calabash fruit to strain your tea leaves to prevent tea from brewing for too long.

This tea strainer is hand wash only.
